Despite the fact that the construction of the villa was started
some 10 years ago, for personal reasons the owners have never
finished entirely the interior. The bedrooms and bathrooms are
all finished in contemporary style, but the 1st and 2nd floor
needs painting, the kitchen installed and some other minor work..
Also the exterior and the garden has to be properly done and
decorated
